Contact Tracing

The health and safety of tournament attendees is our top priority. It has been brought to our attention that an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 was in close proximity to you during the tournament. We recommend that you closely monitor symptoms, get tested as soon as possible, and follow CDC and school guidelines for this situation. At-home tests are available throughout the city, and tests are also available in the nursing stations at each venue. 

If you test positive, please alert us immediately via this form and we’ll follow up as needed.
