I agree with the comments expressed so far. Remember that as the chair, you don’t have to do everything alone. Rely on your committee. Determine what everyone’s (including your own) strengths and delegate accordingly. One thing that really helped me was befriending the district chairs of the two adjoining districts to mine. They were most helpful in my first few years as chair.I was even invited to serve at their district tournament (which was weeks ahead of mine) to shadow them.
