Learn how a variety of AI tools can help you understand topics faster, create graphics and slides, provide supplemental student feedback, and more. This course is for coaches and teachers who want to learn more about how AI can assist them with common teaching and coaching tasks to improve student outcomes and save time.
As with many technological tools, please keep the following things in mind when you use AI:
- It is evolving rapidly – the tools we’re using today may change in features, quality, availability, and cost.
- It requires your professional judgment – AI can help generate ideas and perform tedious tasks, but should never replace your expertise as an educator. AI can make mistakes, omit context, and confidently present incorrect information. Always review AI output.
- It is not private – Before using AI tools with student information, ensure you understand your school or district policies. Avoid entering sensitive or personally identifiable information, as AI platforms use inputted data to train their models.
