FLOC Scholarship Claim Request Form

Regional winners and the National winner of the Finch Legal Oratory Competition who have enrolled in post-secondary school can use this form to submit proof of enrollment and request disbursement of scholarship funds. Scholarship funds will be sent to the registrar.
