Chapter advisors, please complete the following form to request specific materials, items, or supplies for your speech and debate team. (Note: The NSDA will help make initial connections to potential supporters, but does not serve as a pass through for funds or items.)

After 90 days, if your needs have not been met, you may renew your request by replying to the confirmation email or completing a new request form.
