John Moe is the host and creator of the award-winning podcasts Depresh Mode with John Moe and The Hilarious World of Depression. He is also the creator and host of Sleeping with Celebrities and the author of the critically-acclaimed best-selling memoir The Hilarious World of Depression as well as three other books.
He consults for and makes award-winning podcasts on behalf of organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Children’s Center, and Whitman College.
His writing has appeared in numerous humor anthologies as well as The New York Times Magazine, McSweeney’s, The Seattle Times, Reader’s Digest, and many more publications. He gives speeches around the country on mental health issues.
