Our Plan
1. Developing a dedicated team of experienced coaches and mentorsto recruit, train, and support new coaches, ensuring program sustainability and ongoing success.
2. Partnering directly with school administratorsto advocate for the creation and funding of new speech and debate teams, expanding opportunities for students.
3. Establishing and enhancing local leaguesto make participation in speech and debate more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
4. Integrating speech and debate into classroom curricula,increasing student access and embedding essential communication skills into everyday learning environments.
5. Promoting funding initiatives and policy reforms at the state levelto ensure speech and debate become central components of middle and high school education.
6. Utilizing cutting-edge technology,including Artificial Intelligence, to scale speech and debate programs and provide innovative resources for students and educators.
